Street Banner Poles
Clarence Valley Council has 21 banner poles installed across the Local Government Area. They are used to promote community events or mark significant commemorations. Banner Poles can be hired for a fee by community groups or organisations.

How to hire
Once an application has been approved, you will be required to pay the appropriate hire fee. This must be paid a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the display of the banners. Bring a printed copy of the Approval Notification document to Council’s Customer Service at Grafton or Maclean, with you when you pay.

Applications must be received at least six weeks prior to the date of display
Applicants will be notified of approval approximately 2 weeks after submission of application.
