Council management and structure
Clarence Valley Council (CVC) was proclaimed on February 25, 2004, co-joining the former general purpose councils of Copmanhurst, Grafton, Maclean and Pristine Waters, plus the activities of North Coast Water and Clarence River County Council.
On August 15, 2017 the council adopted a new executive level structure.
