The Clarence Valley Open Coast Coastal Management Program (CMP) is a long-term strategy for the coordinated management of the Clarence Valley Open Coast (Woody Head to Wooli).
It includes strategies and actions to address the key threats and support the diversity of natural values and human uses along the Clarence Valley coastline. The actions are to be implemented by Council and other land managers over the next 10 years.
NPWS have also prepared draft coastal hazard response plans for Sandon River campground and Woody Head campground which inform the relevant NPWS actions in the CMP. These plans are also on public exhibition. To have to your say please go to www.environment.nsw.gov.au/coastal-hazard-response-plans
