Clarence Valley Council and Committee Meetings - Minutes and Business Papers
We encourage the use of this web page as the primary access to business papers and minutes. Simply click on the meeting that interests you, seek out your items and print relevant pages. Some of the officers' reports refer to attachments. To view the attachments, please make a note of the item number that appears in the report heading and click on the relevant attachment link.
Draft minutes will be made available for downloading on this page as soon as possible after each meeting. Please note minutes are subject to confirmation by Council at the subsequent Ordinary Meeting.
Due to the COVID-19 virus, Council's Public Forum has been suspended for 2 months. Those wishing to make a deputation to Councillors should make a written submission for distribution prior to the Council meeting.
Committee meetings will be incorporated into Council meetings which will be held on 28 April 2020 and 26 May 2020. Meetings will be by webcast. For further information please contact Lesley McBay on 6643 0289.

Please note that, in the interests of the environment and to reduce waste, the provision of printed copies of business papers (for the public gallery in the Council chambers, office foyers and public display) is limited.
Computers with access to Council's website (and to this page where business papers, attachments and minutes can be found), are available in the foyers of the Grafton and Maclean offices and in the libraries.
To search for an item but you are unsure of the date. View the current index of Council minutes from June 2019, or open an index of Council minutes for the period: February 2004 (when CVC was formed) to May 2019 (when the new Code of Meeting Practice was adopted 15.076/19).
Section 375A of the Local Government Act took effect from 1 October 2008. It requires the General Manager to record which Councillors vote for and against each Council decision which exercises the planning functions under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979), and to make this information publicly available under Section 12 of the Act.
